New Professionals Forum (NPF) Steering Group
The New Professionals Forum (NPF) Steering Group plays a key role in supporting and overseeing the activities of the New Professionals Forum. It contributes to achieving strategic goals such as helping to run events and participate in Committee meetings.
The New Professionals Forum (NPF) is a networking and professional development forum for industry professionals new to the aerospace, defence, security & space sectors.
The NPF hosts senior keynote speakers, panel sessions with industry experts, professional development workshops, site tours and market stalls, often hosted by ADS member companies.
There is an Executive Committee, led by a Chairperson, with specific roles created to help keep the group active and informed. A core Steering Group meets regularly with the Executive Committee to maintain momentum and build on success.
ROLE OF THE STEERING GROUP
The Steering Group supports the Executive Committee, helping guide their efforts in ensuring the NPF remains relevant and impactful for its members.
- Each ADS member organisation can contribute two Steering Group members
- Each Steering Group member will be invited to lead a topic of discussion in at least one Committee meeting over the course of the year.
